CTET Result Sept 2016 - The result of 9th edition of Central Teachers Eligibility Test (CTET) September 2016 will be declared by the Central Board of Secondary Education on 6th April 2016. All candidates can able to check online result of CTET-SEPT 2016 through official website i.e. www.ctet.nic.in.
Previously, a total number of 6,55,660 candidates appeared for examination out of which 1,14,580 candidates successfully passed the CTET held in September 2015. The overall pass percentage of candidate who appeared in CTET September 2015 is 17.48% whereas in last CTET held in February 2015 the overall pass percentage was 12.18%.

The board conducts CTET examinations twice a year i.e., firstly in the month of the February and secondly in the month of September. The cut off marks as determined by CBSE is 60%. The maximum marks for both the papers being 150; the cutoff marks for each paper will be 90. Candidates who belong to reserved categories they are relaxation up to 5% in the qualify marks. It means their CTET scores should be 55% or 82.5 marks out of 150 marks.
CBSE CTET Score Card is valid for 7 years. Those candidates who have scored good in CTET 2016 Exam, they can use their CBSE CTET 2016 Score Card for Teaching jobs 2016. CTET Score Card 2016 will be issued on 25th of Nov 2016 to all candidates who was appeared in CTET September Month Exam 2016.

Step2. Now find and open 'Central Teacher Eligibility Test (CTET) - SEPT 2016' - Announced on 6th April 2016 link given on webpage.
Step3. Now enter your 'Roll Number' and click on to the submit button.
Step4. You will get your result. Your result will be displayed indicating marks and eligibility qualification. Take a print for future reference.
The Applicability of CTET certificate rests with all the school belonging to Central Government, i.e., NVS, KVS, Central Tibetan Schools etc. & schools that come under the administrative control of Union Territories of Chandigarh, Daman & Diu and Andaman & Nicobar Islands, Dadra & Nagar Haveli, Lakshadweep and NCT of Delhi. The applicability of the certificate also extends to various unaided private schools which also exercise the alternative of considering the CTET.
Further, those schools which are managed by the local bodies or State Government and aided schools consider TET that is conducted by the state government. Also, such schools take CTET into its consideration if the state government takes the decision of not conducting the State TET.
